Don't Give Up!

There are some times when life is just kind of a struggle, and it's hard. Recently I had gone though one of those times that seemed to linger for weeks. Early one morning, during that stressful time, I awoke and looked out the window. The sun was pouring in, filling me with hope. I had a stirring of gratitude deep in my heart, and these words formed in my mind, until I spoke them loud and clear to greet the new morning.

Thank you God for this lovely day,

And for all the blessings that come my way!

Help me to be kind in the words I say,

And help me to trust it will be Okay.
