Skip the stress for the first "waking up" moment!

Our life has many facets. Some of those facets are very stressful. We worry about the unknown. Curve balls hit us each day, catching us off guard. We didn't see them coming and they can really knock us down. Some curve balls we know are on their way, we see them heading toward us, we might even try to prepare for them but still they cause us to fall, and sometimes that fall really hurts. So I think it helps us to start the day with gratefulness. Just to pause in the first moments of being awake and notice the new, the freshness and breathing in the joy of a new day.
